Terms & Conditions

 

  1. The 7-day refund policy only applies to OPPO Find X3 Pro, OPPO Find X2 Series & OPPO Reno5 Series starting from 19 SEP 2020 until further notice. 
     
  2. Items which have already undergone a 1 to 1 exchange are not eligible to be refunded under the 7-day refund policy.
     
  3. The full set of items are to be returned intact with no physical damage to the item and packaging.
     
  4. Refund requests are only allowed strictly within a 7-day period after purchase date. Invoice is mandatory to serve as a proof of purchase.
     
  5. Free gifts are to be returned (if any) along with the full set of the purchase under the 7-day refund policy.
     
  6. Only phones purchased from OPPO Official Online Store (www.oppo.com.my) are eligible for the 7-day refund policy.
     
  7. The 7-day refund policy applies for both orders fulfilled via logistics delivery & self-pick up orders.
     
  8. All refund requests are required to be submitted via the refund request form from My OPPO App or OPPO Official Online Store. 
     
  9. OPPO’s customer service will be in touch upon submission of the refund request form to carry out an survey. 
     
  10. Customers are required to submit the phone to the customer service staff over the counter at any OPPO service center in Malaysia.
     
  11. Customers are required to collect an Inspection Order Form as a proof of return upon submitting the phone to the customer service center. 
     
  12. Phone will be inspected upon submission. If there are no defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, used with equipment with which it is not intended to be used, or damage due to human error, OPPO Malaysia will then proceed with the refund. The whole process will take approximately 30days.

  13. OPPO reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
