Customer satisfaction

At www.oppo.com.my, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products hope to achieve every purchase a positive experience for our customers. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our manufacturing facility as well as packaged parcels which includes a safety bubble wrap for our phones before leaving the warehouse. But in the event, you received faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.


Important:

  • All Sales are Final. 
  • No cash refundexcept for no-stock item(s), typo or human error on our end. Refund process will take within 14 days.
  • No refundon issue for example on situations: change of mind or just don't like the item.
  • No cash refundon not suitable, not match, change mind situation
  • All SALEand promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable except rare cases of manufacturing on products (customers may then proceed to any of our local service centres for repairs of products within 1 year from the date of purchase as every phone are entitled to a one-year warranty).
  • Please keep in mind that packaging sale item in rare cases, may be have a slightly defect along the line of delivery process (for example delivery damage on the parcel during transportation)
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds or cancellation will be entertained.
  • In all cases, the devices brought back for inspection at our local service centres must be in their original condition, UNTEMPERED, UN-DROPPED OR CAUSED BY HUMAN FAULTS with the invoice in the original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.
  • The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our service centres for inspection.
  • OPPO will not be responsible on lateness due to third party delivery partners. However, we will assist our customers on the process to track and enquire on your parcel.


What if I received a damaged?


1. Please email us using the contact us form or email us at oppo.onlinestore@gmail.com as soon as possible.
2. NO REFUND. Only exchange, this is to avoid used devices returns and want a money back.
3. Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.


I'm not happy with my purchase, can I return and exchange it?


We apologise if the products received was not satisfactory. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund but customers may visit any of our local service centres for 1 to 1 exchange of their products if their received purchased goods are in faulty conditions due to manufacturing error after being inspected by our professionals.

For the items to be eligible for an exchange at our service centres, they will have to meet these requirements:

  • The item(s) to be exchanged must be brought to service centres within 7 days of receiving it for inspection of devices.
  • Item will be inspected first and our specialist will be updating you know if the item can be exchange or not (in terms and condition page)


Issue on color resolution / pattern


We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. If you have any doubt on our products, please make your purchase directly from our concept or retail stores to avoid disappointment.
